UDIA NSW Member, Capstone Recruitment have developed an industry redeployment initiative in response to industry concerns to support displaced staff and the broader Property & Development industry through this difficult period.
The initiative consists of a program and toolkit that businesses can offer to displaced staff. It will also include consultation with the Capstone team to work through the toolkit and help guide them back into work in the shortest possible timeframe. This service is free of charge to Capstone clients to hopefully help them navigate what is usually a very difficult time a little more easily.
