Stage 1 of Sanctuary by Sekisui House will be delivered in a phased approach with phase 1, comprising 165 apartments due for completion in late 2020 and with the phase 2, a 28 storey apartment block comprising 199 apartments due for completion early-to-mid 2021. Stage 1 is part of a masterplanned community with a 10 year vision, due to be delivered in 2030. With over 200 apartments sold since launch, strong uptake from all buyer types and confidence from the local area, measures of market success and interest were clearly defined as a result of an innovative marketing campaign.
