The Shoalhaven Committee exists to support the efficient planning and servicing of development in the Shoalhaven region. The Committee leads engagement with Council and servicing agencies to promote the responsible development of the region.
Key Agenda Items
- Infrastructure funding in release areas.
- The growth of Nowra as a desirable future CBD with connections to the rest of the Illawarra-Shoalhaven, strong amenity and reasonable density
- Collaborating with Council on their strategic land use reforms.
