A clear and legible approach has been adopted in the planning of the site and the design with a strong connection to landscape and sculptural forms. The buildings have been designed to respond to the park like conditions – the linear park to Waterloo Road, landscaped communal spaces and retention of the significant trees. A double height Porte-Cochere interlinking both buildings at the corner of Byfield Street and Waterloo Road provides the main pedestrian access to the site. This arrival space provides both residents and visitors with a view to the landscaped communal courtyard.
