Completed in late 2019, Mera is a masterwork in architectural design. The boutique development was a collaboration between Central Element and PBD Architects, a firm renowned for creating buildings of the highest architectural standard. Mera consists of just 14 luxury residences in a range of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom designs. Its key point of difference is its striking facade, defined by a curvilinear form, rhythmic patterns and accentuated by timber-look battens and considered landscaping. Interiors were above market expectations, weaving in softer interpretations of the exterior materiality and featuring high-end inclusions such as the substantial marble and Gaggenau-appointed chef’s kitchens.
