NRAR (Office of Water) Advocacy

As regional developers and councils continue to experience delays from the Natural Resources Access Regulator (NRAR, formerly Office of Water), UDIA has taken action. 

UDIA wrote to NRAR highlighting ongoing delays for DA referrals and Controlled Activity Approvals (CAA). We have since met with a consultant for NRAR seeking to address the issues, and a meeting with NRAR officials is being scheduled for early July. Please contact Elizabeth (eyork@udiansw.com.au) to share your experience or join the discussion.
