Shoalhaven City Council Supporting the Industry

UDIA would like to acknowledge Shoalhaven City Council’s support for the industry during the current economic downturn.  This week, Council considered a policy on discounted developer contributions.

UDIA  understands the discount would effectively be a refund of 50% of the contribution once certain criteria are met relating to 25% completion of the development.

There are exclusions, timeframes and other criteria to be met, so all enquiries should be directed to Shoalhaven City Council.
