Mason & Main, Stage One by Coronation Property
Mason & Main Stage One sets a new standard for mixed-use developments. Located in Merrylands, this project integrates 434 Build-to-rent apartments across 3 buildings, with 30 retail tenancies including an “Eat Street’ precinct and a childcare centre. This project sets a benchmark for mixed-use projects, demonstrating how thoughtful, well-executed urban planning transforms the area and enriches the lives of its residents. BEST (Blacktown Exercise Sports and Technology) Hub – Designed by ARM Architecture for Blacktown City Council
The BEST Hub, designed by ARM Architecture for Blacktown City Council, impressed UDIA NSW President Jacqueline Vozzo, with its integrated landscape, exterior and interior design and functionality. This community-based health, learning and accommodation precinct serves the specific health needs of Western Sydney’s multicultural community. The design, delivery and execution of the building and its surrounds exhibit exceptional quality and detail, providing a marvellous experience for all users.

Lidcombe Rise by Billbergia
Lidcombe Rise is a mixed-tenure master-planned community that has increased the supply of critically-needed social, affordable, and private market housing to Sydney’s West. The first stage, completed in November 2023, offers 55 residential lots, parkland, and significant environmental rehabilitation. Initially facing community opposition, Tower Holdings undertook comprehensive community consultation and Planit Consulting redesigned the project, prioritising environmental preservation and liveability. The revised plan included a 48% lot reduction, a 30m vegetation buffer, retention of frog habitat areas, pocket parks, a fitness park and water-sensitive urban design. The project attracted 800 inquiries at launch and sold 50% of the first stage in two months, showcasing successful community integration and value alignment.

Capella Sydney transforms a listed former government building in the Sydney CBD into a world-class luxury hotel. Opened in March 2023, following its completion in December 2022, the hotel is the Capella Hotel Group’s first venture in Australia. The retrofit scheme restores and celebrates original architect Goerge McRae’s 1912 design, with its Edwardian Baroque sandstone facade and Florentine Palazzo-style central courtyard. ESR Australia completed the $85m DHL Supply Chain – Skyline in August 2022. The development began in 2020 in collaboration with DHL Real Estate Solutions amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and was built to support growing market demand for a temperature-controlled healthcare-grade facility that can store crucial pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The site is equipped with 1mW of solar power, is on target to achieve a net zero carbon rating and was awarded a 5-star Green Star Design and As Built v1.3 rating in 2023.
