The construction of 4 Parramatta commenced in November 2017 and was completed in November 2019. 4 Parramatta Square stands 170m high, comprising approximately 70,000 square metres of commercial office space, together with retail tenancies which open onto a brand new public domain. The building is designed to achieve a minimum 5 Star  Green Star Office Design & As Built, 5 Star NABERS Energy rating, and 4 Star NABERS Water rating. It provides accommodation to 10 tenancies, including a boutique gym, office suites and business and events centre. Post completion, approximately 6,500 people now work at 4 Parramatta Square daily.
