Dating back to 1910, this simple yet handsome Federation warehouse style building offered remarkable potential for its transformation into commercial office space, providing the perfect setting for old meets new. Through the years the building has withstood layers of wear and tear, evidence of former use that are revealed in its reinvigoration. The insertion of a new level sited atop the existing two-storey building provides valuable additional floor space, pushing the building envelope to its limits. Wrapped in metal cladding with steel portal features framing northern windows, this new volume showcases a revived destination while respecting its original robust presence.
