The Royce by Tulich Family Communities & Calderflower
The Royce is a unique collaboration between Tulich and Panthers Penrith Your World of Entertainment, providing Western Sydney with a premium retirement and aged care community adjacent to the existing Panthers Penrith entertainment precinct. Stage 1 of the development was completed in August 2019 and encompasses 49 Independent Living Units, a 128 bed Residential Aged Care Facility, Café, Beauty Salon, Library and Concierge positioned around beautifully landscaped courtyard gardens. Calderflower worked with Penrith Council and their Urban Design panel to completely re-work the planning and overall proposal of an existing design to improve articulation and create roof terraces and gardens.
