Coronation Property Co. has transformed Australia’s former largest paper mill into the vibrant The Paper Mill Food, Western Sydney’s best new dining destination spanning an impressive 1,888sqm. The adaptively reused heritage building is now a thriving hub for the community which has something for everyone, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, desert and drinks since August 2019. Designed like an open ‘Marketplace’ there are four dining options all under the one roof to suit any occasion, budget or appetite, being Shepherd’s Lane Café & Dessert Bar, Charcoal Joe’s Lebanese charcoal Chicken, Georgie’s Pizzeria & Bar, and Firepit Meat & Seafood.
