The vision for The Exchange was to create a landmark mixed-use building at the heart of Lendlease’s Darling Square precinct. Designed by Japanese architects Kengo Kuma and Associates, The Exchange anchors Darling Square’s retail and public domain experience.

At six storeys and 6,600m2 GFA, The Exchange features:

• Makers Dozen food hall with 12 Sydney based retailers

• Mezzanine restaurant leased to Golden Century Group

• 21st century library over two levels leased to City of Sydney

• 90 space childcare centre over two levels leased to Commonwealth Bank of Australia

• Rooftop tenancy with views of Sydney’s skyline
