Good Housing’s Oak Tree, is empowering extraordinary lives through smart and healthy specialist disability housing. Located in the leafy and green Mt Colah, Oak Tree has been carefully designed to create an optimised home environment for individuals with complex physical and intellectual disabilities. Oak Tree comprises of a 2-bedroom house and a 1-bedroom villa with separate access, living areas, private courtyard and 24- hour care. The home features assistive technology and elements of the 9 Foundations for a Healthy Building produced by Harvard University’s School of Public Health.
