Shoreline Manly Beach by Made Property features 13 bespoke home sized apartments in a strata titled complex directly across the road from iconic Manly Beach. Our primary buyer was a local downsizing market; who demanded a range of apartment sizes that included high quality finishes and automation, belts and braces construction practices due to current concerns in the market with quality and defects. On launch the project sold 8 /13 Apartments to pre-registered buyers at or above asking price. By completion all apartments had been sold, all at above asking prices, and record breaking per square metre rates for Manly.
