Roselands Affordable Housing Development by Evolve Housing and Pacific Link Housing
Roselands Affordable Housing Development is a new community housing project that was developed through a partnership between Evolve Housing and Pacific Link Housing, supported by the NSW Government. The project provides 26 homes for people previously in housing distress. Exclusively for low to moderate income earners, these fully furnished micro studio apartments provide safe secure homes for those most in need. Residents consist of 13 social and 13 affordable tenants. As part of this, there are two apartments that are accessible and eight that are adaptable. The success of the development can be measured in 100% occupation with no vacancies.
