NSW Government: Accelerated Infrastructure Fund

The Accelerated Infrastructure Fund (AIF) provides $70 million to support the delivery of community infrastructure in high growth areas of Blacktown and The Hills Local Government Areas (LGAs) in North West Sydney.

This includes funding for councils to deliver local roads, public open space, stormwater infrastructure and community facilities to unlock plans for development of new homes and employment land.

The AIF sits alongside existing Infrastructure Funding and Department of Planning, Industry and Environment grant programs, such as the Housing Acceleration Fund to support the continued delivery of new homes and jobs throughout NSW.
