Personal Biography
Patrick Elias is the Chief Executive Officer of Urban Property Group.
Patrick has developed strong relationships and worked collaboratively with a large number of private and public sector organisations on various projects to deliver the best outcome and meet government and community objectives.
With more than 16 years’ experience in the construction and property industry, Patrick oversees the development and investment operations from acquisition and design through to construction, across our BTR, residential and commercial sectors.
Dedicated in leading the business to set benchmarks as the new standard, Patrick strives for continual improvements, built on a firm belief that better developments make for better living.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Construction Management and Property Management from the University of NSW.

Patrick grew up on construction sites, graduated Bachelor in Construction Management from UNSW (2011) and in 2016, at the age of 27 , was appointed CEO of the family business – Urban Property Group (Urban). Since then Urban has won numerous industry awards for its projects, including from the UDIA in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Patrick himself was the recipient of the UDIA Young Leader (NSW and National) awards in 2024. His achievements coupled with relative youth is an unusual combination and his smarts, passion, integrity and commitment to quality are exceptional. Patrick will bring dynamism and diversity to the Board, and besides all that he’s a genuine Good Guy you will enjoy working with.
