UDIA exists for its members. We were built by our members and continue to grow as a result. For sixty years, UDIA has played a pivotal role in Australia’s urban development landscape through the shaping of policy reform and ensuring land development is seen as a major economic driver.

Twelve dedicated committees and business advisory groups proactively and constructively work to influence all levels of government on key economic, social and environmental issues that affect urban development in NSW.

UDIA NSW generates a wealth of campaign-based policy initiatives to strengthen the industry. Members are invited to contribute to policy committees and forums that debate industry issues and regulatory challenges.

UDIA NSW connects members with valuable professional networks through an extensive calendar of events and networking functions. We hold approximately 50 events per annum with more than 5000 people in attendance each year.
Professional Development
We enhance our members’ careers and promote professionalism in the industry by building capability and skills through our professional development program. We hold approximately 20 courses per year, plus study tours.
