Julia Reserve Youth Precinct at Oran Park Town by Landcom, Greenfields Development Company in conjunction with Camden Council
Oran Park Town is Sydney’s fastest growing town and is the new benchmark for development in Southwest Sydney. The project is a partnership between Landcom and Greenfields Development Company. Located at the heart of Oran Park Town is the Julia Reserve Youth Precinct. This $14M facility delivered is the next in a vast number of community facilities being delivered under a Voluntary Planning Agreement with Camden Council valued in excess of $200M. The Julia Reserve Youth Precinct, opened on 9 March 2020, includes two major facilities, a skate park and youth & recreation building, collocated to create this active vibrant place.
