Homebuilder Extension Advocacy
UDIA is concerned that the strict criteria of the Federal HomeBuilder program will prevent meaningful uptake or economic benefit. Potential purchasers must enter into a construction contract by 31 December 2020. We are aware that limited new lots will be available by then; however, many more lots are due to be delivered shortly past the deadline.
We are seeking your support as we advocate to extend the deadline for the HomeBuilder program.

- # of lots planned for delivery between 1 January and 31 March 2021
- # of lots planned for delivery between 1 April and 30 June 2021
- Regional location of those lots
