Personal Biography
As a senior property lawyer and accredited property specialist, I have dedicated my career to the property and development sector, working on some of Sydney’s largest development projects including Central Park by Frasers Property and Wentworth Point Marinas by Billbergia. Since 2019, I have contributed to UDIA NSW through the Strata and Building Regulations Committee, where I prepare responses to government legislation and advocacy submissions. I also serve on the NSW Law Society’s Property Law Committee and am a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers. As a property partner at Holding Redlich, I lead a team of 6, from paralegals to senior associates. I was a finalist in the 2023 UDIA Women in Leadership Award and in the 2021 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards. My industry expertise, commitment to NSW’s development sector and leadership experience make me an ideal candidate for this the role.
Support Statement
I am motivated by the opportunity to influence legislative change that supports the development industry and communities in NSW. Having worked closely with UDIA through my deputy chair role on the Strata and Building Regulations Committee, I understand the key challenges facing developers and see the Board as a platform to further advocate for meaningful legislative change. My goal is to continue driving policy reform to make projects in NSW more feasible for developers and sustainable for end users. Holding Redlich has been a strong supporter of UDIA for over a decade and I am committed to continuing this legacy through proactive leadership and collaboration on the Board.
