Award Overview
The UDIA NSW & Landcom Distinguished Service Award for Excellence seeks to award an individual who has contributed to UDIA NSW in a significant way, the benefits of which are lasting and can be readily seen.
The award aims to recognise outstanding individuals working within the NSW development industry and acknowledge their achievements.
Nominees for the award are put forward by the UDIA NSW Council. This award is not open for nomination or application by the general membership.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the UDIA NSW & Landcom Distinguished Service Leadership Award for Excellence 2023 nominees must:
- Be a current member of UDIA NSW (includes company membership) or if retired previous role was at a member company
- Be based in NSW
- Have a minimum of ten years’ experience in the development industry or an associated industry (predominately in NSW)
How to Enter
The winner will be nominated by the UDIA NSW Council.
