Northern Beaches Council is committed to promoting access to high-quality social gathering spaces to serve the needs of our growing population. The Masterplaned Urban Renewal is designed to ‘happen’ with Council controlled projects having waited in-vain for the private sectors to rejuvenate Dee Why. With its inspirational vision, the Masterplan is now a reality creating a heart for Dee Why Town Centre, fulfilling opportunities that are supported by the private sectors and the general community in the form of the Town Square, reconnecting the PCYC Civic precinct to the town centre and completed social gathering spaces and public domain facilities.
