Blackwattle Apartments by City West Housing
The Blackwattle Apartments finished construction in March 2020. Comprising ground floor retail and 99 affordable rental apartments for people on very low, low and moderate household incomes. All of the units are affordable rental housing in perpetuity with income based rents ensuring no resident is in housing stress. Income based rents ensure that the development is genuinely affordable. We believe Affordable Housing is about allowing people to live and work locally.
