STEVEN MANN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Steven Mann is the Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW. The institute is the leading body representing the interests of the property development industry. Previously, Steven worked in senior executive positions at Stockland, and Willoughby Council. 

 

 

 

JUSTIN DREW, GENERAL MANAGER
POLICY AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS 
Justin is one of our two Policy Managers at UDIA NSW. He is responsible for policy development and advice. He prepares submissions to government and other major stakeholders, provides guidance and administrative support to UDIA NSW Council, Committees and Regional Chapters, and liaises with government stakeholders, UDIA NSW members, and other industry associations. 

ANTHONY NICOLAOU, GENERAL MANAGER
SALES AND MARKETING
Anthony is the General Manager of Sales and Marketing at UDIA NSW. He oversees UDIA NSW's membership, sponsorship and marketing.
 
 
 


 

TOBY ADAMS, GENERAL MANAGER
STRATEGY AND RESEARCH

Toby is responsible for the development of the corporate strategy for UDIA NSW as well as the development and implementation of an economic research strategy & action plan designed to build UDIA’s brand & reputation for evidence based research. Toby works closely with the Policy team in preparing robust and well researched policy submissions to government. He also manages the City Life Labs program which involves partnerships with the development industry to research ways to harness technology to impact positively on urban planning and smart city growth. 

SAM STONE, MANAGER POLICY AND RESEARCH 
Sam is one of our two Policy Managers at UDIA NSW. He is responsible for policy development and advice. He prepares submissions to government and other major stakeholders, provides guidance and administrative support to UDIA NSW Council, Committees and Regional Chapters, and liaises with government stakeholders, UDIA NSW members, and other industry associations.  
 

LEO NELSON, MANAGER MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS
Leo is the Manager of Media and Communications at UDIA NSW. He is responsible for communicating UDIA’s policy to both the media and members. He prepares UDIA’s media releases, campaigns, the Developers’ Update newsletter, Urban Icon magazine and social media. 
 
 

KEZIA WALLACE, MEMBER SERVICES AND
OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Kezia is the Member Services and Office Executive for both the NSW and National offices. She is responsible for membership and sponsorship administration and provides support to the Chief Executive for NSW and National Projects. 
 
 

VICTORIA IRVINE, REGIONAL EVENTS AND
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
 EXECUTIVE
Victoria is the Regional Events and Professional Development Executive at UDIA NSW. Victoria runs our regional events for the Southern and Hunter Chapters and manages the expanding professional development program including both industry and business courses, and the International Study Tour. She also builds and maintains relationships with our members to ensure their event and training needs are met.  

CHLOE DE VILLE, EVENTS EXECUTIVE
Chloe is the Events Executive at UDIA NSW. She runs our Sydney events and the annual Awards for Excellence program. She also manages our Corporate Boardroom Luncheon series and assists the Regional Events Executive at Southern and Hunter Chapter events. 
 
 

TEAGAN NICHOLSON, ADMINISTRATION
AND EVENTS ASSISTANT
Teagan is the Administration and Events Assistant at UDIA NSW. She is responsible for the efficient coordination of the office and and assists with organising and running events and training courses. She also updates the UDIA NSW website.
 
 

TRISH BAILEY, FINANCE MANAGER
Trish is the Finance Manager at UDIA NSW. She looks after all the financial aspects of UDIA and prepares all of UDIA’s monthly financial reports for submission to Council.  
 
 
 
 
 
ELIZABETH YORK, REGIONAL MANAGER, HUNTER 
Elizabeth is the Regional Manager for our Hunter Chapter at UDIA NSW. Her role involves co-ordinating the Hunter Chapter Committee, including identifying local industry issues and developing policy responses, arranging and attending stakeholder meetings, workshops and Hunter Chapter events, and growing regional membership. 
 
KYLIE PRINCE, GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS
Kylie is the General Manager of Operations at UDIA NSW. She co-ordinates all events held throughout the year including luncheons, industry briefings, regional events, committee networking events and the annual State Conference.  Kylie also manages the Annual Awards for Excellence program, judging tour and Gala Dinner as well as coordinating NSW entries for the National Awards for Excellence. 
KENDALL THOMPSON, REGIONAL MANAGER, SOUTHERN
Kendall's role focuses on growing the Southern Chapter with responsibility for coordinating the Southern Chapter Committee. She works closely with the NSW office to organise local industry briefings, build policy, increase the media presence of the Southern Chapter and grow membership.
