STEVEN MANN, CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Steven Mann is the Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Development Institute of Australia NSW. The institute is the leading body representing the interests of the property development industry. Previously, Steven worked in senior executive positions at Stockland, and Willoughby Council. 
 
JUSTIN DREW, GENERAL MANAGER POLICY AND RESEARCH 
Justin is one of our two Policy Managers at UDIA NSW. He is responsible for policy development and advice. He prepares submissions to government and other major stakeholders, provides guidance and administrative support to UDIA NSW Council, Committees and Regional Chapters, and liaises with government stakeholders, UDIA NSW members, and other industry associations. 
 
KYLIE PRINCE, GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS
Kylie is the General Manager of Operations at UDIA NSW. She co-ordinates all events held throughout the year including luncheons, industry briefings, regional events, committee networking events and the annual State Conference.  Kylie also manages the Annual Awards for Excellence program, judging tour and Gala Dinner as well as coordinating NSW entries for the National Awards for Excellence.

LEO NELSON, MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER 
Leo is responsible for communicating UDIA’s policy to both the media and members. He prepares UDIA’s media releases, campaigns, the Developers’ Update newsletter, Urban Icon magazine and social media.

SAM STONE, MANAGER POLICY AND RESEARCH 
Sam is one of our two Policy Managers at UDIA NSW. He is responsible for policy development and advice. He prepares submissions to government and other major stakeholders, provides guidance and administrative support to UDIA NSW Council, Committees and Regional Chapters, and liaises with government stakeholders, UDIA NSW members, and other industry associations.  
KEZIA WALLACE, OFFICE MANAGER
Kezia is the Office Manager for both the NSW and National offices. She also assists with organising and running events, liaising with new and existing members, and providing administrative support to the UDIA NSW team.

VICTORIA IRVINE, REGIONAL EVENTS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Victoria runs our Regional Events for the Southern and Hunter Chapters. She also manages the expanding Professional Development Program including both industry and business courses. She also builds and maintains existing relationships with our members to ensure their event and training needs are met.

CHLOE DE VILLE, EVENTS AND MEMBERSHIP EXECUTIVE
Chloe assists with organising and running events and training courses, as well as liaising with new and existing members. She also updates the UDIA NSW website and membership database.

ELIZABETH YORK, REGIONAL MANAGER, HUNTER 
Elizabeth is UDIA NSW’s Hunter Regional Manager. Her role involves co-ordinating the Hunter Chapter Committee, including identifying local industry issues and developing policy responses, arranging and attending stakeholder meetings, workshops and Hunter Chapter events, and growing regional membership. 
 
KENDALL THOMPSON, REGIONAL MANAGER, SOUTHERN
Kendall's role focuses on growing the Southern Chapter with responsibility for coordinating the Southern Chapter Committee. She works closely with the NSW office to organise local industry briefings, build policy, increase the media presence of the Southern Chapter and grow membership.

TRISH BAILEY, FINANCE MANAGER
Trish is the Finance Manager at UDIA NSW. She looks after all the financial aspects of UDIA and prepares all of UDIA’s monthly financial reports for submission to Council.
