Recognises the very best in urban development in NSW and ACT. This prestigious Awards program highlights innovation, sustainability and industry leadership, and the Gala dinner is the spectacular showcase for these outstanding achievements. STATE CONFERENCE AND DINNER

NATIONAL CONGRESS
Congress brings together more than 700 delegates from around Australia and is hosted in a different state each year. Congress provides an opportunity to hear from high-profile national and international industry leaders and decision makers on the critical issues affecting the industry and advancing sustainable urban development. The UDIA National Congress will next be held in VIC in March 2013.
WESTERN SYDNEY LUNCHEON
This highly sought after luncheon is held annually at Sydney Olympic Park and focuses on development and infrastructure in Western Sydney.
WINTER LUNCHEON
UDIA NSW’s most in-demand luncheon is held at NSW Parliament House in the Strangers’ Dining Room, and is sold out each year.
PRESIDENT'S LUNCHEON
This luncheon showcases the outstanding winners from the NSW Awards for Excellence and the winner of the prestigious President’s Award is announced. Past UDIA NSW President's are special guests at this lunch which also features a silent auction and raffle with all proceeds donated to our charity partner.
