Young Developers

The Young Developers Business Advisory Committee’s objective is to assist in promoting greater engagement, representation and exposure for younger demographic within the urban development industry. The Committee includes some of the industries brightest young developers and consultants.

The Committees main functions are to:

• Provide networking opportunities for young professionals working in the development industry.
• Provide mentoring opportunities to facilitate career progression and professional development for young professionals.  
• Participate in policy reviews, research and articles relating to topical issues in the development industry.

Women in Development

The Women in Development Business Advisory Committee’s objective is to assist in promoting greater engagement, representation and exposure for females within the urban development industry. The Committee includes lawyers, developers, architects, planners, urban designers and local government. 

The Committee’s main functions are to:

• Provide networking opportunities for women working in the development industry.
• Provide mentoring opportunities to facilitate career progression and professional development for women.
• Participate in policy reviews, research and articles relating to topical issues in the development industry and women’s participation in the industry.

Membership, Sponsorship & Events

The Membership, Sponsorship & Events Business Advisory Committee’s objective is to enhance the quality of member services and events, and to maximise the revenue drivers of UDIA NSW to fund our policy campaigns. 

The Committee’s main functions are to:

• Provide advice on event and professional development topics and content.  
• Provide a members viewpoint to enable UDIA NSW to enhance and evolve member services.   
• Provide advice on membership retention and acquisition, event and professional development attendance and ways to optimise sponsorship revenue.
