Focus on Hunter Growth: Celebrating Excellence
This month’s Hunter Developers Update highlights the recent success of AVID Property Group’s Thornton North residential project, Harvest. Harvest’s boutique community was ranked a finalist in the 2016 UDIA NSW Awards for Excellence.
The site of approximately 50 hectares will become home to over 400 residences, with 52 families already calling Harvest home. Harvest has commenced construction of 200 lots (Stages 1-3) with final project completion expected in 2019. The development features a new 16 home sustainable display village, showcasing a range of housing available to suit Harvest’s traditional and large ranch lots.
The Chisholm community’s outlook benefits from a stunning Watagan mountains and Four Mile Creek vista back drop which enhances the site’s 180 degree rural views. Regeneration and extensive landscaping works have revived two creeks which flow through the site, into Four Mile Creek.
A proposed 1.8 hectare park will feature children’s play equipment and open flat areas for active play. AVID Property Group will invest more than $23 million in infrastructure, parks and open space at Harvest.
