Sydney’s Housing Market – What’s Next?

The development and redevelopment of Sydney’s urban fabric is increasingly subject to global trends and influences. New residential development projects are responding and adapting to the availability of new technologies, new design techniques and new trends in consumer preferences.

Join us in the next instalment of our Research Briefing series and hear from three experts who will give their take on what major global trends are likely to further shake up the residential development sector. You will hear from smart city and future infrastructure aficionado Michael Comninos from Astrolabe, property trend guru Jeanette Lambert from Brickfields Consulting, and high rise design expert Dr Phil Oldfield from the Faculty of the Built Environment at UNSW.

Following formalities, join us for networking drinks and canapés from 5pm to 6pm.

Please note this event has free theatre style seating. There are no tables or allocated seats.
