The 2017 UDIA NSW Leadership Awards aim to recognise and acknowledge the positive contribution made by our members to the development industry through 3 award categories; Women in Leadership, Young Leaders'  and Diversity in Development. Nominations are free and simple, just select the award below to view more details and complete the online form. Winners will be announced for each category at the Annual State Conference on Thursday 12 October at the State Conference Dinner.

The UDIA NSW & Frasers Property Women in Leadership Award for Excellence acknowledges and promotes the positive contribution of women to the NSW property industry. UDIA NSW encourages female professionals across all disciplines of the development industry from both the public and private sectors to enter, including; developers, contractors, consultants, those involved in property services, property management, marketing and professional support services. The award aims to recognise outstanding women working at mid to senior levels within the NSW development industry.
 

 
 
The UDIA NSW Young Leaders' Award for Excellence acknowledges and promotes the positive contribution young property professionals make to the NSW property industry. UDIA NSW recognises young professionals across all disciplines of the development industry from both the public and private sectors to enter, including; developers, contractors, consultants, those involved in property services, property management, marketing and professional support services.
 
 
 
 
The UDIA NSW Diversity in Development Award 2016 is an inaugural Award. The Award seeks to acknowledge, encourage and most importantly, promote diversity in development made to the NSW property industry, by UDIA NSW members. UDIA NSW encourages its member companies from both the public and private sectors, to enter the Award. Nominees will be able to demonstrate diversity in development within their organisation or within the development industry as a whole. They must show innovation in their workplace, the industry or in relation to a specific project/issue and demonstrate how they have had a positive influence on diversity in development.
