Washington Park is a 3.5 hectare integrated urban renewal project delivered by PAYCE. It is a combination of social and private housing situated in Riverwood North in Sydney’s south west (25kms from the CBD). Washington Park is approximately 15 percent of an existing Housing Estate.
The project involves the replacement of outdated social housing units with 10 buildings and a total of 829 modern, architecturally designed apartments, of which 150 are new social housing units for seniors. The buildings are

This is one of the largest urban renewal projects currently being undertaken by the NSW Government in conjunction with a private developer, PAYCE.
