NSW Regions Development

Capri by CE Sourcing in collaboration with Central Element

Capri is a small boutique development within the Point Frederick area of the NSW Central Coast, with a stunning design that captures spectacular views of the Brisbane Water from all apartments. The Capri visionary architecture is the work of White + Dickson Architects, renowned for their bespoke private homes and high-end residential buildings.
Central Element’s Development Manager, Dean Chivas, says the company is proud to have delivered a new level of luxury to Point Frederick.
“Along with The Albany, Capri has led the way in revitalising this area of the Central Coast, with one of the first new developments in the area,” Chivas says.
“Point Frederick is one of the most prominent and tightly held enclaves on the Central Coast, known for its substantial established homes, leafy streets, and unrivalled water views.”
Located a short stroll from the shoreline, increasing the density of this prime piece of land gives more people access to one of the Central Coast’s most prestigious neighbourhoods.
Capri’s bespoke kitchens come with a premium suite of Miele appliances and elegant Caesarstone benchtops, while bronze or silver mirrored splashbacks reflect the sparkling water views. The ground floor terrace apartments function as “outdoor rooms”, forming a sweeping extension of the living spaces.
Richard Crookes Construction commenced construction in December 2016 and received practical completion in December 2017.
